JJSalsaRengue, established in 2001, is a dance school offering all levels of classes in Salsa, Salsa Casino Rueda, Street Cha Cha, Bachata, Merengue, as well as classes in Bollywood Dance, Belly Dance, Exotic Dance & Lap Dance.

JJSalsaRengue is one of the pioneering salsa dance schools started in 2001 and the co-organiser of the annual Singapore International Salsa Festival. All our partner dance classes are taught by 2 instructors (a male/lead & a female/follow). Our school offers all levels of salsa dance classes and many of our students have progressed to become good social dancers, with some recruited to join our salsa performance team. As our slogan says, JJSalsaRengue “teaches salsa that brings you to the dance floor”.

Over the years, we have grown to offer other dance classes (Bollywood Dance, Belly Dance, Exotic Dance, Lap Dance etc…). Our non-salsa dance classes are taught by instructors specialising in their dance types.

Salsa is one of the hottest and fastest growing club dances today. A distillation of Latin and Afro-Caribbean dance, salsa incorporates multiple styles and variations and is often danced in couples.

Expect a multitude of turn patterns and fancy footwork that makes this dance unique, upbeat and spontaneous!
